The team at EPS understands the importance
of enhancing the performance for
athletes on all levels. That is why we created
and implemented the triangle. The
triangle method consists of nutrition, cardiovascular
and weight training. Knowing
how to combine the three is what makes
EPS the leader in the industry.

Our strength, speed and agility training
program are all based on our scientifically
designed HRV monitor (heart rate variability).
This monitor can measure between
heartbeats which in return will tell
us physiologically if the body is breaking
down faster than it’s repairing. This enables us to customize a training program
specifically for the athletes needs. Our
training methods produce superior athletes
