Dr. McRae has been educating on natural healthcare for over 12 years. His current practice is dedicated to clinical nutrition and education. Dr. McRae specializes in educating and implementing nutrition programs tailored for each athlete based on their needs. Those include high energy, weight loss, preventive injury and injury recovery through safe and natural methods. 
Dr. McRae graduated from Central Michigan University with biology major and chemistry minor. From there he attended and graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1997.

Michael Johnson is a native of North Augusta, SC.  He has been in the industry of performance training and AAU sports over the last 5 years.  Michael is equipped to meet your coaching needs in speed and agility through his numerous experiences competing in track and field and learning about the business.  He has learned what defines quality in a field where personal attention and communication are vital to the success of his athletes. Michael is a certified Nike Speed and Agility Trainer.

Michael Johnson was a four year varsity basketball player starter in high school and a two year starter in football.  Michael holds the 40yard dash school record at North Augusta High School at 4.32.  While competing in track and field he was a 8x All-American and a 2x National Champion while in college.  After competing in college Michael pursed a professional career under legendary Olympic coach Brooks Johnson while training at the Disney World-Wide of Sports in Orlando, Florida. Michael is a certified United States track and field Level 1 sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws and distance coach and a certified strength and conditioning specialist.  He was also a performance coach in Lakeland, Florida and Irvine, California where he trained high school, college and professional athletes.

Anthony J. Washington’s career in track and field is diverse in accomplishments and experiences. During his high school career at Oak Crest in Mays Landing, New Jersey, Anthony was the former All-Conference Champion for the Intermediate Hurdles and 4x400 relay in 1988. His success at the high school level caused him to be recruited by Central Arizona College in 1990. There, he obtained his varsity as a freshman and won several individual and team gold medals.

After his collegiate career, Anthony joined the Shore AC Track Club in New Jersey where former 1956 Olympian, Elliot Denman, is the presiding chairman. As a member, he competed at several Olympic development meets including the Penn Relays and functioned as an assistant coach at the 1999 USA National Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon.

As an aspiring speed and conditioning coach and personal trainer, Anthony studied as an apprentice under the leadership of Phillip Clark, Developer and author of Phillip Clark Muscle Systems. During his apprenticeship, he tested elite sprinting and conditioning programs and implemented these systems in his daily training. He has coached recreational youth track clubs and individuals who recently competed in the 2005 Southeast Regional Junior Olympic Championships.

Currently, he is working with an established fitness training facility in Columbia, South Carolina and Augusta, GA, where he implements his knowledge of speed and conditioning training with current and uprising NFL athletes.
